Is There A Fee To Get Started?

Once you decide to proceed with us as your Buyer's Agent, our fee is divided into two payments:
Engagement Fee - $4,500. This fee can be paid after we've discussed your specific goals and requirements. We want you to be completely comfortable with us before any payment is made. Once the engagement fee is paid, we immediately get started.
Success Fee - Remaining balance. Once an offer has been accepted and a contract has been exchanged on a property, you then pay the remaining balance of our service fee.
